Training Assessments

Phase #1
Pre-assessment

On the first day of the training, each trainee will take a thoughtful, systematic, and creative online test that measures all areas that will be covered during the training program. This online assessment thoroughly examines important skills and competency gaps. A detailed report from the test will be generated based on the trainee’s responses. The trainee will get an in-depth visual analysis of the areas of weakness and strength in his/her current situation.
Phase #2
During Training Sessions
Each trainee participates in continuous and hands-on activities throughout the training days to enable him/her to apply what is learned during the sessions. Timely feedback is provided for each activity and exercise to trainees. Ongoing participation and interaction during the training session measures the level of understanding and comprehension of each trainee.
Phase #3
Post-assessment
A few months after the end of the program, each trainee will repeat the same test he/she took during the first phase. After completing the program, trainees return to their companies trying to apply the knowledge they learned in the program. The post-assessment test will provide a detailed analysis of the progress made before and after the program. A total of 3 analytical visual reports will be given to each trainee (pre-assessment test report, post-assessment test report, assessment results comparison report).
